Thank you for shopping at Vauger. We hope you are delighted with your purchase, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. 

Please contact our customer service at Contact@vauger.com to initiate the return process. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 


Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service at Contact@vauger.com. We will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with the necessary information.

Return 

If the item you receive is faulty , please take a photo or video of the issue within 14 days of receiving it. After we review the evidence, we’ll promptly issue a refund without requiring you to return the item. 

Items Not As Described, Or No Longer Needed  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable in this case

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 

the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the refunded amount will exclude USD 14.9 or 25% Restocking Fee (whatever amount is greater), which covers the original shipping cost we had.
